Eurodam in Rotterdam

On the 1st of July 2008 the Eurodam, a new ship of the Holland America Line, was christened by queen Beatrix in Rotterdam.
In fact we are very proud that we are involved in the delivery of the interior for this entirely in Italy built ship. 
Rovasta delivered the, unfortunately no longer visible, oval cone shape structure for the lamp in the atrium and an aluminium ceiling for the Rembrandt dining room. This ceiling has been built from panels. For this we used more than 10,0000 laser-cut components. These parts have been glued together in a model and sprayed in a special colour and structure.
Mounted on the ceiling are four artistic chandeliers. Computer-controlled (RGB LED) mood lights were integrated.
